Stacey Dixon is a model/actress based out of Nashville, Tennessee. Combining her talents as a model, and a actress, she has proved herself to be diverse and versitle in many different genres.
Stacey has a strong background in film. She attended Jon Nave University in 2000 to earn her Esthetics license, then moved onto Monessen, Pennsylvania to study Special Effects Makeup under her Mentor, Tom Savini (The Godfather of Gore). Soon after leaving Pennsylvania, Stacey began working on various film projects in the south and midwest.
In 2004, Coyote Ugly Saloon took their Girl Search to Nashville,TN. Stacey auditioned, and made it through several tryouts - beating out over 700 other hopefuls. Undergoing intense dance training, Stacey began to realize her love of the limelight: that's when she started modeling by doing promotional ads, and covers for motorcycle magazines. She soon found herself acting as well. Whether it was modeling, acting or dancing, Stacey knew that center stage is where she belonged.
Since Coyote Ugly, Stacey has starred in several short films and music videos. Wrapping up on "Old Habits Die Hard" (a production from Bloody Moon Films: a company which she co-owns with her husband) in November 2008, she has two more feature length films lined up.
2009 has already been a busy year for Stacey. Her portfolio increases every week and she is grateful that she is able to make a living doing what she is truly passionate about and was born to do. Feel free to look around in the gallery to see this rising star!
